Press Release – Community Survey Results – 2.7.18
February 7, 2018
Sheriff Heldman would like to share the results of our recent Community Survey and thank all of those who took the time to complete it.
The survey was designed to gather opinions and experiences from members of its community. The survey assesses five key components that involve the office:
- Community involvement
- Procedural justice
- Contact and satisfaction
Our vision is to become the most progressive and efficient Sheriff’s Office in the State of Ohio. This requires the dedication of each employee to adhere to the fundamental values that we deem essential by this office in order to fulfill our mission. We actively require the participation of each employee into the philosophy of community oriented policing. This philosophy allows law enforcement and residents to collectively identify and address crime and disorder concerns in our community, and develop ways to reduce and prevent problems from occurring in the future. The willingness of our community to participate in the survey helps us align our goals and public opinion. This will help us ensure we are doing our best to continue serving our community to the best of our abilities and according to our vision.
Thank you for your continued support.
