Everbridge Rollout at Hancock County Fair
The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office will be kicking off the Everbridge Campaign at the 2019 Hancock County Fair starting Wednesday, August 28, 2019. Everbridge is a mass notification system that allows the public to receive alerts for different type of emergencies. The County emergencies that can be received include: missing persons, weather levels, severe weather, flooding events, road closures, uncontrolled fires, and haz-mat situations, to name a few. Those interested in receiving these alerts are asked to stop by the Sheriff’s Tent at the Hancock County Fair. You can also visit the Everbridge web site, https://www.findlayohio.com/community/emergency-alert-program There will be Sheriff’s Office personnel at the fair to assist with any questions and to assist in signing up if needed. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact Deputy Corey Hartman, Crime Prevention, at 419-424-7253.
